This package will be delivered to your door on the specified delivery day for your area. We bring your meals into your home. Once you commence your 4 week order we will schedule your weekly deliveries for you so you won't have to keep reminding us.
You will be advised of the time your package will be delivered and you must confirm that someone will be home to recieve it. If you are not home and you said you would be we hold no liability to the quality of the meals once you get them.

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast NSW.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
The cut off for deliveries is weekly Sunday 9pm for that coming weeks deliveries.
Sydney deliveries - Thursday
Blue Mountains - Monday
Newcastle - Friday
Central Coast - Wednesday
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your location.
Sydney - $30
Newcastle - $30
Central Coast - $20
Our meals are freshly made, therefore we use a refrigerated truck company to deliver your meals and keep the highest quality.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. If you miss your delivery an additional delivery fee will be charged. You will be called on the mobile provided if no one is home and every attempt made to deliver it the first time.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately (within 6 hours of receiving the goods, along with photos of the damaged goods).
